Shipping & Returns Info

Shipping

We strive to ship out orders within 1-2 business days.

We are proud to offer FREE standard shipping on ALL orders!

We also offer faster shipping options with expedited shipping (2-3 days) and express (usually next day shipping, depending on what time the order is place).  This shipping can be free, too, depending on the order amount.

FREE expedited shipping (2-3 days) on $75+ orders (otherwise, shipping is $8.99)

FREE express shipping (1-2 days) on $150+ orders (otherwise, shipping is $24.99)

Returns

Our policy covers you 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have gone by since delivery without notifying us, unfortunately we typically can’t offer you a refund. Additionally, Rescue Trekker offers free returns on items within this 30-day window.

To be eligible for a return, you must first contact us via e-mail for a Return Authorization (RA) number and additional return instructions. For a full refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, unless defective or damaged during shipping. It must also be in the original packaging, including any shrink wrap that the product original had. Returning an item with an RA may result in a denied or delayed refund.


Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at customer.care@trekkersllc.com.

Exchanges
We typically do not perform exchanges. However, you are still encouraged to apply for a RA number in order to obtain a refund. Once refunded, please feel free to make a new purchase.

Shipping

We will usually provide you with a prepaid return shipping label. If you do not use this label, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs. 

Even though you may use our prepaid shipping label, we don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. When returning an item, you are responsible for ensuring it arrives to our mailing location.
